WE DO WORK OVER ANOTHER SALON’S PRODUCTS
Exalted Stiletto Nails® will work over another salon’s products. However, you must soak off that set on your return appointment for the following reasons:

We cannot guarantee that another salon uses EMA (ethyl methacrylate) over the cheaper and FDA-banned MMA (methyl methacrylate) for acrylic application. The two substances are not compatible and would thus cause quality issues in the service that you receive.

We cannot always inspect your nail beds sufficiently to ensure no bacterial infections, fungal infections, or preexisting injuries are present. Health and safety of all parties involved are of paramount importance. We also prefer to not be held liable for another salon’s oversight.
If you do have another salons set on you will need to schedule a removal/soak-off when you return for your second service.
For existing clients who have visited another salon between services, please rebook your new appointment under fill-in OTHER shops work.
WE REQUIRE DEPOSITS WITH A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING PERIOD
Exalted Stiletto Nails® requires 22% deposits for all services. All deposits are non-refundable / non-transferrable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.
This policy is designed to ensure that our artists’ time is respected. Oftentimes, last minute cancellations are extremely difficult to fill and an empty seat doesn't generate income.
WE OFFER A 5 DAY GUARANTEE
Exalted Stiletto Nails® offers a 5 day guarantee on services. Notify us of any mishaps within 72 hours of your service, and we’re happy to offer repairs free of charge. Complimentary nail repairs do not require deposits, but do observe the same 48 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy of normal appointments. No showing to complimentary repair appointments forfeits the complimentary status of the repair.
SERVICES PERFORMED ARE NONREFUNDABLE
Exalted Stiletto Nails® offers a multitude of repair options for work that you may be dissatisfied with. We do not, however, offer refunds for any services rendered.
